Your Role

Within the DSI of Safran Aircraft Engines, you will join the Digital Continuity division to participate in one of our major programs. The digital continuity program aims to standardize PLM and MES tools from design to after-sales of the turbo-reactor, including manufacturing and assembly.

In this context, we are looking for a passionate and talented Software Architect to join our team.

You will work on Dassault Systèmes' 3DExperience PLM solutions, in an OnPremise and Cloud environment, to design, evolve, and ensure the consistency of technical and application architectures.

Responsibilities

Architecture management:

• Define technical solutions in response to business needs and integration constraints, in coordination with other DSI and business stakeholders
• Develop data models, interfaces, and integration flows in compliance with Safran standards
• Contribute to Enterprise Architecture deliverables (BPMN, business cases and use cases, application mapping, etc.)
• Ensure the consistency of technical choices with best practices and information system requirements
• Participate in architecture committees, design reviews, and program SAFe instances

Development Management:

• Contribute to the definition and refinement of Features and User Stories, as well as detailed technical specifications
• Supervise development teams in France and India, ensuring technical coordination and adherence to deadlines
• Validate technical specifications and software architectures, and participate, when necessary, in design and code reviews
• Contribute to technical documentation and architecture repositories
• Ensure follow-up of deliverables, quality, and compliance with functional and technical requirements
• Directly participate in implementation on complex or critical topics (prototypes, POCs, structuring corrections)

Expertise:

• Provide technical expertise to the teams
• Conduct impact studies, performance analyses, and optimization recommendations
• Maintain technological watch on the evolution of the 3DExperience platform
• Contribute to the upskilling of internal teams

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Mastery of Dassault Systèmes' 3DExperience solution (architecture, services, APIs, data models, configurations, customizations).
• Mastery of ENOVIA, CATIA, DELMIA modules, and PLM processes.
• Solid experience in general and detailed design of 3DX technical solutions and in development management.
• Mastery of integrating the 3DExperience solution and associated developments within a complex IS (interfaces with ERP, MES, middleware...).
• Knowledge of Cloud environments (DS Cloud, AWS, Azure).
• Mastery of DevOps practices.
• Demonstrate technical leadership, rigor, and autonomy.
• Good communication and collaborative work skills.
• Fluent English essential (written and oral) for exchanges with international teams and publishers.
