Software Architect

Description

The client is looking for Software Architect to work with staff for the purpose of analyzing, developing, and testing for all aspects of the systems transformation initiatives. Development of detailed unit test and system test plans to make sure the new system adheres with an analysis and programming of our web service design and processes, and .NET development. Extensive analysis of existing processes and documentation of:

• Business rules
• Creation of functional specifications
• System analysis and design
• Design of forms
• Creation of business logic components and methods
• Definition of XML schemas for transaction processing
• Transaction logging
• Development of XSLT style sheets for the transformation of data to various formats
• Implementation of function and role-based access level security
• Project planning and documentation relative to the to the business rules remediating any bugs or problems found in testing
• Creation of a comprehensive help document for users as a reference and training guide development of post- production support plans
• Development of user acceptance process

Mandatory Qualifications

• Makes high-level design choices and dictates technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms. Designs multi-leveled architecture or component interactions of a large-scale software system.
• Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.
• 60 months experience as a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
• 84 months experience in system design and analysis
• 84 months experience coding in VB .NET
• 84 months experience with Microsoft SQL server
• 60 months experience coding in Power Builder
• 60 months experience using XML
• 60 months experience designing and using XSLT styles
• 48 months experience using source control
• 72 months experience creating and consuming web service
• 12 months experience using message queuing products such as MSMQ and IBM MQ.
