Software Developer - Analytics Engineering

In this role, you will help build and operate data pipelines to enable predictive modeling and specialized use-cases within the Claims Solutions Engineering team. You will transform raw data into analytics-ready datasets in collaboration with data scientists, driving end-to-end data workflows for data-driven decision making. You will work with cross-functional partners to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. Responsibilities

• Architect and develop scalable data pipelines using ETL tools (dbt, Apache Airflow)
• Automate data ingestion from databases, APIs, and third-party sources
• Design and implement data warehousing solutions (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) and optimize storage for performance and cost
• Model and transform data (SQL, Python) into analytics-ready structures; maintain dimensional models
• Ensure data quality with validation, cleansing, and monitoring; implement governance and security controls
• Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into specs
• Provide technical communication and training on data tools and best practices
• Support end-to-end data workflow including ingestion, transformation, modeling, and validation
• Stay current with data engineering trends and participate in professional development
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related experience
• Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with C#, Python, JavaScript, Blazor, SQL
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA)
