In the IT Engineering & Operations team, we design and implement new, excellent IT infrastructures for our clients and further develop existing ones through innovative solutions.

What you can achieve with us

• As part of an agile project team, you will advise our clients on the conception and implementation of infrastructure solutions – from analysis to rollout.
• You feel equally at home in the fields of Infrastructure Engineering and Software Development and enjoy bringing both perspectives to the team.
• You will further develop infrastructure-related tools, e.g., in the Kubernetes ecosystem, according to the individual requirements of your project, or build applications for cloud environments in a cross-functional team.
• You will bring your expertise in quality-driven software development to your team and ensure continuous control and further development using automated testing methods.
• Within the team, you will pursue the common goal of developing the best possible solutions for the client's needs. You will think beyond professional boundaries and project phases and take joint responsibility.

In our projects, we frequently use the following technologies:

• Programming languages in the cloud context (Go, Python, Bash)
• Container orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS, AKS, GKE, K3s, KubeEdge)
• Infrastructure management and automation (Terraform, Ansible)
• Public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• CI/CD tools (Gitlab, ArgoCD, GitHub, AzureDevOps)
• Distributed systems (Distributed Storage, LoadBalancing)

You can contribute to us internally and externally in various ways: You can shift your initially chosen technological focus at any time. As an experienced developer, you also have the opportunity to support junior colleagues through mentoring.

Who would fit well with us

Whether you have completed a degree or an apprenticeship in IT is irrelevant to us – your technical skills and your personality are what count for us:

• Ideally, you already have practical experience and knowledge in several of the technologies mentioned above.
• You have the ambition to familiarize yourself with new technologies and to evaluate them in terms of project application. You enjoy sharing your knowledge with your colleagues.
• You can prioritize well and have a feel for the right balance between pragmatism and perfectionism.
• You can explain complex technical contexts to non-technical stakeholders. It is important to you to gain a deep understanding of the perspectives of your project colleagues and clients.
• You have good communication skills and very good knowledge of German (min. C1 level) and English.
