About This Role
We are seeking a versatile professional to support software development, data analytics, operations, and digital marketing. This role focuses on building dashboards and reporting systems using SQL Server and Python. You will also develop internal tools for performance tracking and process automation. Duties include managing operations support and digital marketing campaigns. Strong SQL and Python skills with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Software & Dashboard Development
- Build and maintain a company dashboard and reporting system to analyse sales performance and operational data.
- Query and extract data from the Vision database using SQL Server.
- Develop backend and reporting functionality using Python.
- Understand and work with Vision database tables and structures to identify where business data is stored.
- Improve existing systems and automate manual business processes.
- Create performance tracking tools and reporting mechanisms for management.
Staff Performance & Task Management
- Use the dashboard and reporting systems to monitor staff performance and productivity.
- Identify under performance and assist management in tracking accountability.
- Build and manage an internal task management platform where staff tasks, issues, and follow-ups can be assigned and monitored.
- Generate operational reports and provide recommendations for improved efficiency.
Management & Operations
- Take on a leadership and management role overseeing operational staff.
- Assist with implementing systems, workflows, and performance standards.
- Coordinate between departments to ensure tasks are completed effectively and on time.
- Help drive accountability and operational excellence within the business.
Digital Marketing
- Manage online marketing campaigns, including Facebook and other digital advertising platforms.
- Design and create marketing material and advertisements.
- Analyse marketing campaign performance and optimize results.
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong SQL Server querying experience.
- Strong Python development skills.
- Experience building dashboards, reporting systems, or business intelligence tools.
- Ability to understand database structures and data relationships.
- Experience with automation and operational systems.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and Facebook Ads management.
- Graphic design or ad design capability is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership and staff management ability.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
Advantageous Skills
- Experience working with ERP or accounting systems.
- Power BI or data visualization experience.
