About the job

• Build and scale backend systems, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure that power large -scale Earth simulations – fast, reliable, and production -ready.
• Work closely with ML engineers to deploy models into real -world applications, while shaping architecture, improving performance, and iterating rapidly on new ideas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong experience in building and operating large -scale production systems. Strong analytical and problem -solving skills.
• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, ideally with exposure to backend systems, data engineering, or distributed systems.
• You make pragmatic decisions, move fast, and take ownership – balancing speed with long -term system quality.
• Experience with databases (e.g., ClickHouse, PostgreSQL), data pipelines, or infrastructure -as -code (e.g., Terraform) is a plus.
