We are recruiting to fill the position below:

• *Job Position: Software Engineer (Backend)** • *Job Location:** Port Harcourt, Rivers

Employment Type: Full-time • *Responsibilities** • Promote software development best practices and conduct rigorous code reviews, data analysis, and troubleshooting • Develop and implement comprehensive technology solutions that effectively tackle process improvement challenges. • Work closely with the front-end and technical innovation team to establish technical and design objectives to enhance user experience. • Continually improve server and server-side applications • Design effective APIs for mobile and desktop solutions • Carry out UI tests to optimize performance • Control and ensure the development of web and mobile application projects implementation plans/schedules • Creatively maintain and ensure system optimization and cloud distribution • Ensure compliance with project quality assurance, codes, and standards governing each developmental project. • Continually study industry trends to create and improve business processes and codes for better programme designs. • Take part in the training of internal and client product users, as applicable, on use of products • Create and optimize systems, and play an active role in testing and troubleshooting activities • Coordinate change order management process in liaison with the Technical Innovation Team and other relevant stakeholders • Provide technical and professional advice for successful project delivery and system improvement programmes • Maintain good working relationships with internal stakeholders and other relevant interested parties • All other assigned functions by the Managing Partner/Technical Innovation Manager. • *Requirements** • Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with experience. • *Method of Application**
