Your Profile

• Education: You have completed studies in computer science, software engineering, or similar fields.
• Technology Expertise: You have gained practical experience in using enterprise search technologies (e.g., Apache Solr, Elasticsearch, SINEQUA, iFinder, Mindbreeze, Lucidworks, Google, Azure AI Search, etc.).
• Programming Skills: You have knowledge of programming and modern UI frameworks.
• Cloud Experience: Ideally, you have experience with cloud solutions such as Google, Amazon AWS, or Microsoft Azure.
• Search Solutions: You have interest and experience in the area of search solutions for large enterprise environments.
• AI Competence: You confidently use AI tools in your field, critically evaluate the results, and support customers and adessi in leveraging the potential of AI.
• Language Skills: Your very good German and good English skills enable you to communicate effectively.

Your Role

• Development & Implementation: You will create highly scalable enterprise search solutions that efficiently search large amounts of data.
• Technological Integration: You will integrate search technologies into existing enterprise systems and optimize their interaction.
• Collaboration: You will work with technical and business stakeholders to develop tailor-made solutions.
• Security & Performance: You will ensure that the search infrastructure remains secure, performant, and scalable.
• Technology Integration: You will regularly evaluate new technologies and best practices in the field of enterprise search and integrate them.
• Optimization of Search Results: You will develop algorithms that increase the relevance and precision of search results.
