Software Engineer, Enterprise Integrations

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join an Enterprise Integrations Engineering team responsible for designing, building, and maintaining integrations across a wide range of SaaS applications. The team focuses on creating scalable, reliable, and secure systems that ensure efficient data flow between platforms.

This role involves working closely with both technical and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact integration solutions. You will contribute across the full development lifecycle—from requirements gathering and technical design to development, testing, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain integration workflows across SaaS platforms
• Develop RESTful APIs with strong security and scalability practices
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Write technical specifications and participate in system design discussions
• Implement observability and monitoring using industry-standard tools
• Work within CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployments
• Participate in on-call rotations with the engineering team
• Contribute to continuous improvement through retrospectives and team collaboration

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in Golang.
• Experience building and securing RESTful APIs
• Hands-on experience with observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Sentry, or Kibana
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Familiarity with GitLab or other CI/CD tools
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders on integration solutions
• Strong communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or NetSuite
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with tools like Jira and Confluence
• Knowledge of integration patterns (Pub/Sub, CDM, batch processing)
• Experience with PostgreSQL
• Exposure to modern cloud platforms
