What You’ll Do

Area	Responsibilities
Software Design & Development	• Architect, develop, and deliver high‑quality, robust, and scalable applications in Golang. • Work with a variety of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and Go‑specific frameworks. • Write clean, well‑documented code and maintain technical documentation.
Agile Delivery	• Participate in Scrum/Kanban ceremonies (daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives). • Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, QA, and other developers to turn requirements into shippable features.
Customer Focus	• Translate functional and technical customer requirements into concrete implementation tasks. • Ensure the delivered software meets performance, security, and reliability expectations.
Continuous Improvement	• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest Go ecosystem, tools, and best practices. • Contribute ideas for process, architecture, and tooling enhancements.
Learning & Innovation	• Take advantage of the company’s learning culture – attend workshops, conferences, and internal tech talks. • Mentor junior team members and share knowledge across the squad.

What We’re Looking For
