What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and maintain functional and performance models for custom hardware.
• Create tools that enhance debugging, validation, and performance analysis.
• Collaborate closely with architecture, compiler, runtime, and validation teams.
• Play a key role in influencing system and architectural decisions.
• Spot and implement performance enhancements throughout the stack.

What We're Looking For

• Solid software engineering foundations with a strong emphasis on performance and maintainability.
• Deep understanding of computer architecture.
• Experience in low-level or systems programming environments.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with both hardware and software teams.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Rust programming.
• Background in simulators or hardware modeling.
• Familiarity with ML infrastructure or accelerator architectures.
• Knowledge in performance optimization and benchmarking.

Compensation

• Attractive salary range based on experience:
• $220k - $400k base + equity
• Flexible cash vs equity structure.
