We are an innovative insurance company looking for you for our software development. You are keen on change and actively shaping digital processes. Our software docOn, developed in Rust, supports OCR recognition and connects input management with business processes, making it a central component of our digital workflows.

Responsibilities

• Further development, maintenance, and optimization of docOn
• Ensuring performance, stability, and security
• Integration of new features and support for process automation
• Collaboration with internal teams to implement requirements from business processes
• Documentation of solutions and technical consulting

Qualifications

• Sound experience in Rust, ideally with a focus on performance and security
• Experience in Apex (Salesforce/Oracle) is a plus
• Knowledge of OCR systems or document-based workflows is advantageous
• You also master C# to control business workflows
• Experience connecting or integrating modern applications with legacy environments
• Independent working style, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Teamwork ability and the capacity to convey knowledge understandably
• Fluent German (C1) and good English skills (B2)
