About Conquer AI

We are Conquer AI, and we are hiring an Intelligence Architect to help us design and deliver real-world AI systems for enterprise clients. This is a hands-on, forward-deployed engineering role for someone who can work directly with clients, run technical discovery, shape use cases, and build solutions from POC through MVP and Phase 1 delivery. We are looking for someone who is strong on both software engineering and client-facing execution, and who wants to build serious AI systems in the real world.

Responsibilities

• We work closely with clients to uncover high-value AI opportunities.
• We lead discovery sessions and translate business problems into technical solutions.
• We build POCs, MVPs, and early production systems.
• We design workflows that combine retrieval, reasoning, automation, and human-in-the-loop review.
• We operate as a trusted technical lead across both client-facing and delivery work.
• We help ensure what gets built is usable, scalable, and grounded in real workflows.

Requirements

• We are looking for a strong software engineering background.
• We have experience with RAG, LLMs, machine learning, and AI application development.
• We have strong hands-on skills in Python and Node.js.
• We can design, build, and deploy production-ready systems.
• We are confident working directly with clients and cross-functional stakeholders.
• We can move from problem definition to technical architecture to delivery.
• We have strong communication, ownership, and execution skills.
• We are builders first.
• We can speak to executives, operators, and engineers without losing the thread.
• We enjoy solving messy workflow problems with elegant technical systems.
• We want to work on high-impact AI delivery, not internal experiments.
