Lead Software Engineer

Tasks

• Lead a team consisting of AI-native software engineering specialists and test automation engineers
• Define and drive the strategy for AI-driven software development across the company, setting engineering standards, maturity targets, and adoption roadmaps
• Lead the people transformation - evolving developer roles, team structures, processes and ways of working to unlock the full potential of AI-augmented software engineering
• Establish governance and quality frameworks for AI-assisted development, including security, compliance, and code review practices
• Design and deliver the change management program to build capability and accelerate adoption across engineering teams in Switzerland, Spain, Poland and India
• Measure and communicate transformation impact through productivity metrics, delivery speed improvements, and engineering maturity assessments

Profile

• 4-6 years of working experience in the financial industry
• Very good knowledge of DevSecOps practices
• Very good knowledge in driving large-scale engineering or organisational transformations
• Very good knowledge in modern SDLC practices including CI/CD, automated testing, DevOps and SAFe principles
• 4-6 years of experience in training LLM / creating markdown artifacts
• 1-3 years of experience in claude code
• 1-3 years of experience in developing or orchestrating AI agents
• Fluency in English
• Fluency in German is advantageous
