Senior Software Developer

Responsibilities

• Lead development of scalable backend services in Golang.
• Architect and optimize React-based dashboards.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to system design.
• Drive performance, scalability, and security improvements.
• Collaborate closely with RAN engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Act as Scrum Master in a cross-functional team.

Requirements

• 6 - 10 years of experience in software development.
• Advanced expertise in Golang and React.js.
• Experience with microservices, containerization, and CI/CD.
• Strong understanding of telecom systems or RAN KPIs preferred.
• Leadership in code quality, architecture, and team collaboration.
