Responsibilities (What You’ll Be Doing)

• Collaborate with product development and application engineering teams to define and refine requirement specifications for HFSS product features.
• Develop deep subject matter expertise in one or more HFSS application domains, such as SI/PI, mixed‑signal/RF microwave components, or antenna systems.
• Engage with regional field teams to gather, clarify, and prioritize customer requirements for next‑generation simulation features.
• Deliver high‑quality technical contributions independently and as an integral team member, ensuring timely and accurate results.
• Create and maintain comprehensive training and educational materials for field application engineers and customers.
• Provide advanced technical support, guidance, and mentorship to peers and junior engineers as needed.
• Proactively identify potential challenges or gaps in product features and communicate solutions to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements (What You’ll Need)

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 5‑8 years’ experience, Master’s with 3‑6 years, or PhD with 1‑3 years’ experience.
• Proficiency in HFSS and demonstrated experience in electromagnetic simulation, preferably in SI/PI, mixed‑signal/RF, or antenna systems.
• Strong Python programming skills for automation and workflow enhancement.
• Proven track record of technical contributions to commercial product development or customer‑facing projects.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing.
