We’re working with a small, data-driven real estate investment platform that’s hit strong product-market fit and is now hiring its first Data Engineer.

About the Role

This role is about building the backbone. You’ll own heavy data transformation in a clean, modular way, designing the infrastructure that powers end-to-end customer journeys in a data-heavy product.

The mission is bigger than pipelines: connecting first and third-party data to bring transparency to complex investment decisions for small business owners, combining fragmented pricing, financial, and market data into something clear, usable, and actionable.

Accuracy and customer obsession are everything here, the data directly impacts real decisions and real outcomes.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a strong Python engineer who can operate across messy, complex systems and build foundational infrastructure from scratch in an evolving stack.

Not a fit for pure MLOps or tool-specific profiles, this is true data engineering, built from the ground up.
