This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between business operations and technical teams. You will translate business needs into scalable, efficient technology solutions that enhance operational performance and drive digital transformation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering & Analysis

• Engage with stakeholders to identify and document business needs, workflows, and operational pain points
• Analyze current processes and recommend data-driven optimisations
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for development teams or low-code/no-code implementations
• Support the design of scalable, user-friendly technology solutions tailored to logistics operations
• Drive post go-live stakeholder engagement to ensure value realization and solution adoption
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Solution Implementation

• Design, build, and deploy solutions across various platforms
• Automate workflows and operational processes to improve efficiency
• Support the implementation of new technologies, including AI-driven solutions

Reporting & Dashboards

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support decision-making
• Ensure data accuracy, visibility, and integrity across departments
• Communicate complex data insights through intuitive and user-friendly dashboards

Quality Assurance

• Assist in creating test plans and performing functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve bugs and ensure solutions align with user expectations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology/Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms
• Understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and data analytics tools
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, NodeJS, and Python
• Experience implementing emerging technologies, including AI solutions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Strategic decision-making capability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Experience managing or collaborating with remote teams
