About Us

We are recruiting for a confidential client - an international leader in Time Data Management and Industrial AI - who is launching its operations in France and is looking for its first PI System expert in France.

This is a unique opportunity. You will be the second employee of the French subsidiary, the architect of their French presence, and a key player in building the French entity from scratch - working in a high-performance duo directly with the General Manager France.

Your Mission

Transform complex industrial data into actionable insights for Tier-1 clients in the Energy, Pharma, Chemical, and Agri-food sectors - and transform these insights into real business successes.

What You'll Do

• Pre-Sales & Commercial Support - Lead demos, pilot PoC demonstrations, build convincing responses to RFPs/RFIs. You are the bridge between the client's challenge and the solution.
• Solution Design - Co-develop architecture and technical specifications with clients.
• Data Analytics - Validate predictive models with client process engineers and data science teams.
• Compliance & Governance - Ensure compliance with GxP/GAMP standards for pharma and energy clients.
• Business Value - Translate industrial use cases (OEE, Predictive Maintenance, Energy Efficiency) into measurable PI System solutions.
• Interface with Center of Excellence - Coordinate with international technical teams for handover and deliverable tracking.

The Must-Haves

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with AVEVA PI System (OSIsoft)
• Industrial DNA - In-depth understanding of industrial processes and protocols (OPC, Modbus, MQTT, SQL). You know how a factory works.
• Presales Mindset - You enjoy being in front of clients, building trust, and closing deals as much as building solutions.
• Education - Master's degree in Engineering (Automation, Industrial IT, or similar).
• Pharma Knowledge - Proficiency in GxP/GAMP requirements is a real plus.
• Tech Stack - Experience with Python, SQL, Azure, AWS and/or data pipeline tools is a plus.
• Communication - Native French speaker, fluent in English. Italian is a plus.
• Mindset - Entrepreneurial spirit, autonomous, and genuinely enthusiastic about building from scratch.
• Mobility - Based in Paris/Île-de-France, with travel to clients in France.
