We are seeking a Solution Engineer based in India who is passionate about driving revenue and brand success. This role is ideal for a developer who has evolved into a cloud-deployment specialist—someone who can write code and then orchestrate its deployment in modern cloud environments.

Job Summary

Working with the Delivery team to understand customer requirements , you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying high-quality, error-free solutions.

While this is a development role, the focus is on modernizing operations. You will improve operations by providing applicable solutions that leverage Cloud and Kubernetes architectures. You will take ownership of issues related to developed solutions, specifically troubleshooting interactions between application code and the cloud infrastructure.

Duties and Responsibilities

To be successful in this position, you will need to:

Cloud & Kubernetes Development • Containerized Solutions: Provide proven development expertise to build solutions for RightCrowd customers that are optimized for Docker and Kubernetes environments. • Microservices: Develop APIs and services, focusing on scalability, security, and performance , utilizing service-driven design and microservices architecture suitable for deployment in AWS EKS or Azure AKS. • Full Stack & Deployment: Develop across full-stack technologies including C# and SQL , while managing the CI/CD pipelines required to deploy these web components and workflows. • Cloud Integration: Ensure developed solutions leverage cloud systems (Azure/AWS) effectively.

Code Quality & Operations • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve issues that span across the application layer and the container orchestration layer. • Standards: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that follows best practice industry standards for cloud-native applications. • Testing: Develop automated test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of the codebase within a continuous integration environment. • Agile Delivery: Contribute to technical designs and see them through the Agile development lifecycle , working in a Scrum-based process that is heavy on coding.

Qualifications

Required Experience • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience. • Development Experience: 2+ years of work experience working as a Full Stack Engineer. • Cloud Specialization: Experience working with cloud systems such as Azure or AWS is critical. • Orchestration: Experience in creating microservices and a strong understanding of Kubernetes (K8s) deployment strategies.

Technical Skills • Backend: Specialization in server-side software development, object-oriented programming (preferred experience with C#, .NET). • Frontend Awareness: Familiarity with JavaScript (ES6), HTML5, CSS, and modern frameworks (e.g., ReactJS). • API & Data: Experience building and integrating REST APIs and managing database systems including SQL and/or NoSQL. • Automation: Experience in creating automation test cases.

Soft Skills • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Agile Mindset: Experience with Agile, SCRUM, and DevOps methodologies, actively participating in a collaborative team environment. • Problem Solving: Strong analytic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
