  • Integration Architecture: Proven ability to design RESTful and SOAP API integrations across complex enterprise system landscapes
  • Database Design: Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration patterns
  • Cloud Architecture: Experience designing and deploying solutions in AWS or equivalent cloud platforms; familiarity with DoD SCCA‑compliant environments and IL‑4 requirements

  • Development Methodology: Strong background in Agile/Scrum delivery within Government program environments
  • Certification: Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority (e.g., Appian Certified Senior Developer, Microsoft Certified Architect, AWS Solutions Architect)
  • Security Clearance: Must be able to attain IT‑II Non‑Critical Sensitive (NCS) or Tier 3 (T3) clearance at time of proposal submission

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Appian Certified Senior Developer or Lead Developer certification
  • Prior experience on CON‑IT, ECWM, ACWS, or IDEAS programs

  • Experience supporting classified system deployments (IL‑5 or above)
  • Knowledge of PIEE ecosystem components and downstream financial system integrations (FAMIS, DAI, DEAMS, MOCAS)
  • Experience with microservices architecture and containerization in Government cloud environments
