Specialist Software Engineer .NET - Innovation / Project / Organization - Bangalore, India

Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain applications that complement core business systems. • Ensure high‑quality software delivery through effective design, development, and testing. • Support, troubleshoot, and enhance existing applications. • Participate in application release cycles and deployment activities. • Create and maintain technical documentation. • Continuously improve development practices, adopting modern technologies and methods. • Engage in peer reviews, team discussions, and collaborative decision‑making. Profile required • Programming & Frameworks • Strong experience with .NET 6+ / C# • JavaScript SPA frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue) • HTML, CSS, responsive UI design • Database Skills • SQL expertise (preferably Oracle PL/SQL) • Software Quality • Understanding of software quality standards, maintainability, testability • Knowledge of testing techniques, test design concepts • Architecture & Design • High‑level awareness of software architecture, languages, and tooling • Security • Awareness of secure coding and security controls • DevOps & Tooling • Git/source control proficiency • CI/CD pipeline exposure • Test automation concepts • Problem Solving • Logical investigation and structured root‑cause analysis
