In this role, you will be responsible for personnel recruitment for the entire FEURER Group – from commercial trainees to commercial positions. You will contribute your own ideas, explore new channels, and develop solutions to fill our vacancies sustainably and successfully – also in an international environment.

Your Tasks

  • Independent management of the entire recruiting process
  • Development and implementation of targeted recruiting strategies
  • Active candidate sourcing and network building, also in an international environment
  • Creation and publication of job advertisements (including multilingual addressing)
  • Consultation and close cooperation with our managers
  • Organization and support of interviews
  • Conception and implementation of recruiting campaigns (e.g., employee referral program)
  • Creation of recruiting and communication materials (e.g., posters, internal campaigns) with tools like Canva, Adobe InDesign, or Photoshop
  • Work with HR software and applicant tracking systems (e.g., LOGA3) for efficient management of the application process
  • Identification of potential for internal filling and participation in employee retention measures

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or degree with a focus on personnel or comparable qualification
  • 3–5 years of experience in recruiting, ideally in the commercial or manufacturing sector
  • Experience in filling various positions
  • Proficient use of applicant tracking systems / HR software (e.g., LOGA3 or comparable)
  • Interest or initial experience in international recruiting
  • Language skills in an Eastern European language (e.g., Polish, Romanian, Hungarian) are an advantage
  • Hands-on mentality and the ability to develop pragmatic solutions
  • Creativity and experience in using tools like Canva, Adobe InDesign, or Photoshop
  • Structured, independent, and reliable way of working, as well as strong communication skills
