About the role
What you’ll do: • This role is central to our DevOps culture, focusing on automating infrastructure provisioning and CI/CD pipelines to ensure the continuous delivery and operational excellence of our applications. • You will collaborate with Product development teams, lead troubleshooting efforts, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our cloud infrastructure and deployment strategies.
What we are looking for: • Minimum of 7 to 12 years of expertise in Azure IaaS management, automation and DevOps • Expert-level knowledge of Azure networking components (Virtual Networks, VNet Peering, Azure Firewall, Azure Virtual WAN (VWAN), Site-to-Site VPN). • Strong knowledge of Azure Load balancers (Application Gateway, Traffic Manager, Azure Front Door), Private DNS, Private Endpoints. • Deep understanding of network security principles including Network Security Groups (NSGs), Application Security Groups (ASGs), and User Defined Routes (UDRs). • Design, implement, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure for large and complex enterprise applications. • Good understanding of AI services and ability to leverage them for building intelligent, scalable solutions • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, or Jenkins. • Familiarity with DevOps, IaC, and infrastructure automation (Ansible, PowerShell, Terraform, GitHub). • Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues across cloud resources, networking, and applications. • Collaborate with development teams to integrate microservices, APIs, and cloud-native solutions. • Identify and implement reusable automation components to improve efficiency. • Document processes and proactively report project status to stakeholders. • Provide guidance and mentorship to new team members. • Participate in technical evaluations, design discussions, and innovation initiatives. • Experience in handling incidents, managing escalations, and preparing RCA reports • Proficient in fundamental Linux commands for troubleshooting, system administration, and day-to-day Azure infrastructure operations.
Technical Skills • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (VMs, Application Gateway, Azure Traffic manager, Front Door and Entra ID). • Expert hands-on experience with Network components: VNets, VNet Peering, Azure VPN Gateway, Azure Virtual WAN (vHubs), ExpressRoute, Subnets, NSGs, ASGs, UDRs, Load Balancer, DNS & Public IP. • Proficiency with Network Monitoring and Diagnostics tools (Azure Network Watcher, Connection Monitor, Wireshark). • Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and source control best practices. • Knowledge of monitoring and logging (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics). • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (ARM, Terraform, Bicep, Ansible). • Good experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash). • Understanding of databases (SQL, MariaDB, and NoSQL). • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps culture.
