You will be working for a healthcare technology and services company that focuses on rare and specialty diseases, providing data, analytics, consulting, and platform-based offerings to biopharma companies. As a Team Lead, your responsibilities will include:

- Providing leadership and direction to a team of Junior Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and AI Developers - Overseeing various aspects of the team's work such as Dynamic LeadGen (DLG) Operations, Analytics Services, AI Solution & Application Development, and Data Management & Operations - Ensuring quality and timely delivery of team outputs - Serving as the main point of contact between the team and the client - Managing team performance, development, and growth

Qualifications required for this role:

Education: - BS in Engineering, Data Science, or related field; MS or higher preferred

Technical Skills & Experience: - 5+ years of commercial analytics experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry - 2+ years of experience supervising teams of data science and development professionals - Proficiency in data analytics tools like SQL, Python, R, and visualization software such as Tableau, Power BI, Dashboard, Google Analytics - ML/AI expertise is a plus

Behavioral Skills: - Ability to work at least three overlapping hours with the U.S. West Coast time zone - Strong analytical skills and ability to recognize trends in complex data - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
