We are looking to hire Digital Marketing Manager for our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical know-how, creative acumen, and the ability to manage performance-driven campaigns that drive brand awareness, online sales, and customer engagement. You will oversee the full digital marketing spectrum and take ownership of Irony Home's website and ecommerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Campaign Management
- Develop, lead, and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals and seasonal targets.
- Identify market trends, consumer insights, and technology opportunities to elevate digital presence.
- Strategize, plan, and implement multi-channel digital campaigns including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Managing Director to allocate and optimize marketing budgets.
- Monitor and report digital campaign performance and ROI, adjusting tactics for continuous improvement.
Website & Ecommerce Management
- Oversee the frontend and backend operations (Shopify).
- Lead the website revamp project and ongoing development for improved functionality and performance.
- Manage product uploads, image quality, descriptions, and pricing in alignment with procurement and design teams.
- Resolve technical issues, ensure uptime, and optimize the user journey across all touchpoints.
- Implement strategies to drive traffic, enhance engagement, and increase online sales.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track website traffic, customer behavior (heatmaps), and campaign analytics using Google Analytics and other tools.
- Deliver weekly, bi-monthly, and monthly reports on digital performance, website metrics, campaign outcomes, and inventory status in Shopify/Zoho.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business decisions.
Customer Journey & Inbound Sales Support
- Manage end-to-end online sales process: enquiry handling, quotations, delivery coordination, and order closure in Shopify.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, finance, logistics) to ensure seamless customer experience and brand consistency.
- Support customer retention and lead nurturing initiatives through targeted digital content and campaigns.
Platform Management & Digital Tools
- Maintain and optimize presence on third-party retail platforms (Noon, Amazon, eBay).
- Ensure integration and functionality across Shopify, Zoho, and digital marketing tools.
- Coordinate with third-party agencies as needed to execute technical or creative tasks.
Annual Marketing Plan Execution
- Execute activities from the approved annual marketing calendar within budget and timeline.
- Plan and deliver revenue-generating initiatives on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all digital channels.
Inventory & Procurement Support
- Ensure accurate inventory uploads and maintenance in Shopify and Zoho.
- Coordinate closely with the procurement team on item availability, pricing, and content accuracy.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on ecommerce.
- Proficiency in Shopify, Zoho, SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.
- Experience managing online retail platforms like Noon, Amazon, eBay.
- Strong project management and campaign execution skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal departments and external agencies.
