About the role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven International Recruiter to source, screen, and present qualified candidates for global clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of diverse hiring markets, and the ability to work across multiple time zones.
Key Responsibilities: • Source candidates globally through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals. • Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and hiring timelines. • Screen and qualify candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit. • Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring smooth communication. • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records on our ATS. • Provide timely updates to clients and internal teams on recruitment progress. • Ensure compliance with client requirements and local/global employment regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications: • Proven experience as a recruiter for international markets (US, UK, EMEA, APAC, or other regions). • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, Monster, and other platforms. • Excellent verbal and written communication in English; additional languages are a plus. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously. • Familiarity with time zone differences and flexibility to work odd hours if required. • Experience with ATS tools and recruitment CRMs.
