Sr. ML Data Scientist (LIME/SHAP/RAG)

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, with 8+ years of relevant experience in Data Science and Machine Learning

- Proven experience delivering production-grade ML solutions in enterprise environments

- Demonstrated ability to work directly with business stakeholders and translate requirements into actionable models and insights

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Prior experience in an aerospace or manufacturing environment

- Experience with Python, Databricks, Azure and/or AWS or similar

- Experience with explainability frameworks and model robustness techniques

- Certifications (Azure, AWS, Databricks)

- French is an asset
