Role Overview

As the Subject Matter Expert, you will architect and manage the deployment of M365 security solutions across a complex IT/OT environment. You will lead security configurations, compliance, and identity management for a multi-tenant ecosystem.

Primary Responsibilities

• Architect & Implement: Design and deploy MS Defender (EDR/Email), Purview (DLP/Compliance), Entra ID, and Intune.
• Strategic Leadership: Provide technical oversight for M365 security across On-Premise, Azure, and AWS.
• Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments, identify coverage gaps, and research emerging threat vectors.
• Documentation: Create technical artifacts including architecture diagrams, test plans, and implementation schedules.
• Collaboration: Facilitate technical working groups with stakeholders, SOC, and engineering teams.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years in M365 security administration and technical leadership.
• Technical Mastery: Expert-level hands‑on experience with the M365 Security Stack (Defender, Purview, Entra, Intune, Sentinel).
• Skills: Proficiency in PowerShell and documenting complex security procedures.
• Compliance: Strong understanding of NIST, ISO 27001, or SOC2 frameworks.
• Education/Certs: BS in IT/Computer Science; M365 certifications (MS-102 or MS-900).
• Communication: Proven ability to deliver formal technical presentations to customers.
