Job Title: Technical Recruiter (India IT Hiring) Location: Hyderabad (Onsite) Experience: Minimum 3 Years
Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Technical Recruiter with strong experience in India IT hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing IT roles across various technologies within the Indian market.
Key Responsibilities: • Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for India-based roles • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels • Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical and business requirements • Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers • Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and closures • Maintain candidate pipelines and trackers for active requirements • Ensure quick turnaround time and quality hiring • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs
Required Skills: • Minimum 3 years of experience in India IT recruitment • Strong understanding of IT technologies (Java, .NET, Cloud, Data, DevOps, etc.) • Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Strong screening and evaluation capability
Good to Have: • Experience hiring for niche/critical tech roles • Exposure to contract and permanent hiring
Work Mode: Onsite (Hyderabad)
Looking for immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period who can drive fast closures and maintain quality pipelines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
