What You'll Do

• You help operate K8s environments (including Cilium and Kyverno) on-prem and in the cloud (Azure/GCP).
• You participate in the operation of ArgoCD / Gitlab / Artifactory / Jenkins / openBAO.
• You support us with 'Configuration as Code' using Terraform / Helm / Ansible.
• You play a role in the development teams with monitoring via Grafana / Alloy.
• You help implement and operate the new self-service platform with Crossplane.
• You implement functions in GO / Bash.

What You Bring

• You are enthusiastic about automating processes.
• You have communication skills and can argue factually.
• You enjoy sharing your knowledge and see yourself as a coach to help other teams progress.
• You are used to working independently, making decisions within the team, and then enforcing them.
• You have very good oral and written German language skills (C2).
