Position: SRE Role Focused on Reliability Join Tata Consultancy Services as a Site Reliability Engineer, focusing on enhancing platform performance through advanced SRE practices in a cutting-edge environment.

As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) at TCS, you will ensure the platform's reliability and scalability by addressing incidents and optimizing operational performance. You will be responsible for implementing observability, automating infrastructure, and leveraging modern policy-as-code methodologies. Your contributions will be key to integrating GenAI-driven systems with a focus on developer experience and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incident responses and perform root cause analyses

• Improve performance through specialized reliability engineering

• Define and monitor key performance indicators like SLOs

• Build robust monitoring and logging frameworks

• Collaborate with teams to ensure platform standards

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in reliability engineering and SRE practices

• Skilled in monitoring and logging systems

• Proficiency in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code

• Familiar with developer platform tools and frameworks

• Nice to have: experience with GenAI platforms and tools
