Staff ML Research Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and scale ML algorithms based on scientific research into robust scientific code
- Lead the ideation, benchmarking, and execution of complex datasets and ML models
- Implement software and hardware optimizations for ML pipelines in distributed cloud GPU environments
Required Qualifications
- MSc (PhD preferred) in Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, or a related quantitative field
- 5+ years of industry experience in developing productionized software
- Experience training and optimizing large-scale ML pipelines on distributed cloud GPUs
- Familiarity with agentic coding tools
- Experience supporting models in external-facing products
