Role

We are looking for an experienced Staff Machine Learning Engineer to join our Engineering team in Hyderabad, reporting to the Senior Director, Engineering. You will build and maintain large‑scale distributed systems that power the entire ML pipeline—from data collection to real‑time serving—and solve complex business problems by partnering with data scientists and product teams.

What You’ll Do (Role Expectations)

• Build and maintain large‑scale distributed systems supporting data collection, feature engineering, model training, model evaluation, model deployment, and real‑time serving.
• Develop functional specifications, assess task requirements and scheduling, and participate in development, debugging, and support.
• Solve complex real‑world business problems such as threat detection and business intelligence by working closely with data scientists, product management, and product engineering teams.

What We’re Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)

• 4+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or ML Engineer.
• Experience applying machine learning to improve key business metrics, optimizing models for accuracy and latency.
• Experience researching newer techniques and innovating ML‑based solutions.
• Experience with algorithms for data collection/processing infrastructure, model training, and serving platforms.
• Deep expertise with cloud infrastructure (AWS).

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Proven track record of designing, building, and shipping end‑to‑end applications at scale.
• Experience identifying and solving problems in data using machine learning systems.
• Familiarity with multi‑agent systems, agent architectures, prompt engineering, and state‑of‑the‑art AI frameworks.
