You have a good working knowledge of business analytics and tools, along with working knowledge of business policies, procedures, and practices. Strong planning and organizational skills are necessary to coordinate and prioritize workload around multiple assignments and demands. Excellent computer skills are required to operate word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, databases and project management software.
Key Accountabilities
- Create business dashboards and maintain various monthly reporting items
- Analyze business reporting and perform root cause analysis
- Build, deploy and analyze customer surveys
- Create business cases for Senior Leadership
- Perform various fleet and reliability tracking activities
- Prepare cost models and forecasting projects for internal business units
- Assist departments in KPI creation and maintenance
- Lead efforts in maintaining data integrity and cleanliness
- Become Customer Service POC for competitive intelligence
- Identify process improvements to enhance business productivity
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
- Bachelors’ degree from a four-year college or university in Mathematics, Business, Finance, Data Science or a related field is required.
- Experience working with aircraft OEMs, airlines, consultancy firms, MRO organizations or 135 operators through projects/internship/co-op program highly preferred.
- Previous directly related experience in Business Operations, Parts Logistics, Senior leadership liaison, Contracts or Business Development through projects/internship/co-op program preferred.

- Possess strong organization/time management skills, with a focus on project management methodology.
- Must be results oriented with strong decision-making ability to include negotiation and conflict resolution skills, along with strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong computer skills needed (Microsoft Suite, Visio) - Preferred skills: (R, Python, Business Objects, Salesforce)
Working Conditions
- Incumbents may be routinely exposed to equipment operational noise heat-cold-dust, and/or aircraft equipment, parts, or fuel odors.
- Incumbents may be required to stand, sit, squat, walk, bend, climb ladders, move, reach, or stretch for prolonged time periods with no restrictions, as required by job duties.
- Work in a safe and professional manner while adhering to all regulatory requirements (FAA, OSHA, DOT, EPA, State, and Federal regulations, etc.).
- Read, hear, speak, and see with no restrictions, as required by job duties.
- Comprehend and adhere to management directions and/or safety instructions with no restrictions.
- Effectively communicate in Business English language.
- Pull, push, carry, lift, or move items up to 10 lbs. throughout the work shift without assistance, as required by job duties.
