About the area

The Private Bank (PB) is on a journey to become a truly AI-enabled organization, fundamentally rethinking how we design, deliver and scale solutions and customer experience. In Strategic Programs, you will support driving AI-enabled transformation across the value chain of the Private Bank. You will help to orchestrate cross-functional initiatives that connect business, technology, data and operations, with the clear objective to create seamless, scalable and differentiated client journeys. This role sits at the heart of AI-enabled transformation and combines strategic vision, analytical thinking and delivery-focused execution.

Your key responsibilities

• You contribute to the design and implementation of AI-enabled use cases.
• You will translate business requirements into structured delivery plans in collaboration with different domains.
• You will analyze end-to-end customer journeys and process flows to identify automation potential.
• You support planning and execution of cross-functional initiatives with stakeholder.
• You will work closely with business, IT, data and operations teams and ensure alignment across teams.

Your skills and experiences

• You have successfully completed a university degree (e.g. in business administration, economics, finance, engineering, or a comparable field) or hold an equivalent qualification.
• You bring experience from AI, data, or digital transformation initiatives.
• You have experience in process analysis, project delivery, or business analysis.
• You have a solid understanding of banking processes and operating models in Personal and Private Banking.
• You combine strong analytical thinking with a hands-on, delivery-oriented mindset.
• You work confidently in cross-functional teams and navigate complex environments with ease.
• You have excellent communication skills in German and English.
