About the role
At OFI, we are seeking a qualified professional for Chief of Staff position to support the leadership in running people operations, delivery coordination, and internal operations.
This role will ensure the company operates smoothly by managing HR processes, workforce planning, project staffing coordination, and internal operational rhythms. The Chief of Staff will act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, facilitating decision-making, driving cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring alignment across teams. Key responsibilities include managing organizational priorities, preparing executive-level presentations, overseeing key projects, improving operational processes, and fostering effective communication across the organization. The role will also require analyzing data to provide insights for strategic planning and supporting the leadership in stakeholder and client relationships.
Qualifications • Prior work experience in (5-9 years) in program and people management, HR business operations or similar roles. • Prior exposure to resource planning, delivery coordination, or workforce management. • Experience working in consulting firms, professional services organizations, or startups is strongly preferred. • Experience working with cross-functional teams and leadership stakeholders. • MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities: What the role demands – • Manage core people operations processes including hiring coordination, onboarding, employee documentation, leave management, and HR policy administration. • Track team utilization, availability, and project assignments across accounts to ensure optimal resource allocation. • Maintain simple operational dashboards or trackers for utilization, staffing, hiring pipeline, and delivery metrics. • Prepare operational reports, summaries, and briefing materials for leadership discussions. • Work with delivery leads and project managers to allocate resources across projects based on priorities and capacity. • Establish and coordinate internal operating rhythms such as leadership meetings, delivery reviews, and resource planning sessions. • Assist leadership in tracking progress of key company initiatives and priorities. • Plan and manage employee engagement initiatives, internal events, and culture-building activities.
