Today, we are looking for the rare gem to join the Supply Chain and Customer Service Analyst team - 100%
Your Mission
Your objective: to transform raw data into leverage to support the departments (supply chain and customer service). You will guarantee the reliability of the keys to allow proactive and informed steering of our complete pipeline:
- You manage the entire data lifecycle, from extraction (in collaboration with Engineers) from the DWH to the production of dashboards in our BI tool;
- Business Partner: In close collaboration with business teams, you translate their challenges into concrete analytical solutions;
- Projects: You will also participate in various cross-functional team projects, depending on current priorities.
Your Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in data management, engineering, or an equivalent field;
- Minimum 7 years of confirmed experience in Analysis / BI, including in-depth expertise in Supply Chain flows (stocks, supplies) and Customer Service (KPIs for monitoring support service performance).
Your Skills
- Excellent command of SQL and databases;
- Confirmed experience with DBT (Data Build Tool) and command of Github for versioning;
- Good command of Tableau Software, to transform data into clear and impactful reports;
- In-depth knowledge of the Odoo ERP (underlying table structure) is a major asset;
- Rigorous and results-oriented approach;
- Ability to collaborate with business lines, to understand their needs, and to design relevant solutions;
- Plus: your appetite for AI and modern tools is limitless!
