About
As an ADAS Domain Controller Project Engineer at Luxoft working on a prestigious OEM project, you will collaborate with OEM teams to deliver a next‑generation platform solution based on AUTOSAR Classic, AUTOSAR Adaptive, and QNX. You will be responsible for Signal and Service Management, Diagnostics, SW Update, Vehicle Config, QNX/Middleware, and Software Architecture areas directly with the OEM. Your endless curiosity, global mindset, and problem‑solving skills will be crucial in driving topics independently and liaising with other OEM stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the variant and feature architecture across the full software stack.
- Define rules, dependencies, and configuration models for consistent and traceable variant handling.
- Lead impact assessments for new features, regulations, and hardware changes.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with software, systems, hardware, safety, cybersecurity, and integration teams.
- Understand complex user requirements and decompose them into functional, system, and detailed software requirements and architecture.
- Work with HW samples to validate and deliver a working product.
- Assist in the generation of targets and verification methods.
- Mentor junior SW engineers and communicate findings effectively.
- Integrate open‑source components and fulfill licensing requirements.
- Own system‑level configurations, auto‑generate code from models, and automate testing.
- Participate in organizational growth and business strategies.
Qualifications Required
- 10–14 years of experience in SW design and development with a minimum of 5+ years in POSIX development and Diagnostics.
- Expertise in variant management, feature modeling, and configuration governance.
- Overall understanding of system architecture.
- Excellent working experience in platforms like QNX, Linux, Adaptive AUTOSAR in the ADAS domain.
- Proficiency in C/C++, tools such as DOORS, TRM, EA, MSOSA, etc.
- Familiarity with ASPICE, FUSA, CMake, GitLab YAML files, CI/CD processes, etc.
- Knowledge of Adaptive AUTOSAR stack and adaptive application development.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
