Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in Automotive Embedded Software Development
• Strong hands‑on experience in BSW, MCAL, OS configuration, SWC development, and Complex Device Drivers (CDD)
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of 5 engineers
• Expertise in Embedded C programming
• Strong experience working with microcontrollers, their peripherals, and debugging tools
• Practical experience in software testing, including Unit Testing, Integration Testing, Acceptance Testing
• Good understanding of automotive standards and processes (e.g., ASPICE, ISO 26262 is a plus)
