About the Role

We are hiring an AUTOSAR Developer with expert-level Embedded C skills and a deep understanding of microcontroller architecture and bare-metal driver development. You will design, configure, and integrate AUTOSAR software components for automotive ECUs, working across the Application Layer, BSW, CAN Stack, COM Stack, and CDD modules.

This role is ideal for engineers passionate about low-level embedded development, automotive communication protocols, and building robust, standards-compliant software for next-generation vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate software modules within the AUTOSAR Classic Platform.
• Implement and configure Application Layer, BSW Layer, CAN Stack, COM Stack, and CDD components.
• Design and debug bare-metal drivers for ADC, SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, and LIN interfaces.
• Analyze system requirements and translate them into efficient AUTOSAR-compliant designs.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and optimization for embedded C modules.
• Collaborate with hardware and testing teams for ECU integration and validation.
• Support on-site customer interactions and integration activities (international travel as needed).

Required Skills & Experience

• Expert proficiency in Embedded C with a strong focus on performance, memory optimization, and MISRA compliance.
• Deep understanding of controller (MCU) architecture (ARM Cortex‑M/R, TriCore, or RH850).
• Hands‑on experience writing bare‑metal drivers without reliance on HALs or abstraction layers.
• Solid knowledge of AUTOSAR BSW, RTE, Communication Stack (CAN/COM), and Complex Device Drivers (CDD).
• Practical experience with AUTOSAR configuration tools (e.g., DaVinci Configurator, EB Tresos, Arctic Studio).
• Familiarity with debugging tools like CANoe, Trace32, or Lauterbach.
• Experience with Git, code reviews, and embedded CI/CD workflows.
• Must hold a valid passport for potential international travel.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to ISO 26262 (Functional Safety) and MISRA C compliance.
• Knowledge of AUTOSAR Adaptive Platform or OSEK/AUTOSAR OS.
• Experience with UDS, XCP, or Automotive SPICE processes.
• Mobilgene Tool, DaVinci Developer, DaVinci Configurator, Polyspace and VectorCast

Education

• B.Tech / M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or related field.
