Try & Hire (3 Monate Contracting, danach Übernahme in Festanstellung beim Kunden)

Für einen unserer Kunden in Zürich / Biel / Bern suchen wir eine:n erfahrene:n System Cloud Engineer Microsoft & Azure, der/die Freude daran hat, moderne Cloud‑Infrastrukturen aufzubauen und Unternehmen auf ihrem Weg in die digitale Zukunft zu begleiten. Aufgaben

  • Planung, Entwicklung und Betrieb von Private‑, Public‑ und Hybrid‑Cloud‑Services in den Rechenzentren sowie in Azure
  • Durchführung von Migrationen bestehender IT‑Landschaften in moderne Cloud‑Umgebungen, inklusive Betreuung von Legacy‑Systemen
  • Sicherstellung von Sicherheit, Verfügbarkeit, Performance und optimaler User Experience der Cloud‑Services
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Service‑Portfolios unseres Kunden mit Fokus auf Standardisierung, Modularisierung und Automatisierung (DevOps‑Mindset)
  • Zusammenarbeit mit einem erfahrenen Engineering‑Team zur Erarbeitung innovativer Infrastruktur‑Lösungen

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Informatik / Wirtschaftsinformatik (FH/HF) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung im Hybrid‑ oder Private‑Cloud‑Engineering oder als System Engineer mit Microsoft‑/Azure‑Schwerpunkt
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Azure, Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, MS‑SQL sowie Scripting
  • Know‑how in Virtualisierungstechnologien wie VMware oder Hyper‑V; Linux‑ oder Citrix‑Wissen von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Systems‑, Security‑ und Servicemanagement (inkl. Compliance & Qualitätsstandards)
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung sowie eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Begeisterung für neue Technologien und Freude an Teamarbeit
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch

Requirements

  • Completed education or degree in Computer Science / Business Informatics (FH/HF) or comparable qualification.
  • Several years of practical experience in hybrid or private cloud engineering or as a System Engineer with a Microsoft/Azure focus.
  • In-depth knowledge of Azure, Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, MS-SQL, and scripting.
  • Know-how in virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V; Linux or Citrix knowledge is an advantage.
  • Experience in systems, security, and service management (including compliance & quality standards).
  • Strong customer orientation and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work.
  • Enthusiasm for new technologies and enjoyment of teamwork.
  • Very good knowledge of German and English.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and operate private, public, and hybrid cloud services in data centers and Azure.
  • Migrate existing IT landscapes to modern cloud environments, including legacy systems.
  • Ensure security, availability, performance, and optimal user experience of cloud services.
  • Continuously develop the customer's service portfolio with a focus on standardization, modularization, and automation (DevOps mindset).
  • Collaborate with an experienced engineering team to develop innovative infrastructure solutions.
