Your Role in the Team

• Infrastructure Management: You are responsible for the smooth operation and management of Windows Servers and central directory services (Active Directory / GPO).
• Identity & Security: You ensure compliance and administer Microsoft Certificate Services (PKI).
• Modern Workplace & Collaboration: You manage file server structures and the SharePoint environment.
• Network Services: Administration and optimization of DHCP and DNS services.
• Cloud Transformation: You support the setup and long-term maintenance of our Azure resources.
• Project Work: You participate in infrastructure projects and proactively develop the system landscape.
• Quality Assurance: You identify disruptions early (monitoring), resolve complex incidents, and maintain complete system documentation.

What We Expect From You

Qualifications

• Good Azure and Office 365 knowledge required
• MS SQL Server and Backup (Commvault, VEEAM) knowledge is an advantage
• Basic knowledge in virtualization is desirable, especially VMWare
• Very good German and English skills
• Driver's license B
• Strong communication and social skills
• Reliability and precise working methods

Qualifications

• Experience in the administration of multiple Active Directory systems

Education

• Completed IT education (HTL, FH, Uni, Apprenticeship, Certifications)
