System Engineer ICT (w/m/d)

We are looking for our client an engaged System Engineer ICT (w/m/d) who designs and operates innovative IT infrastructures. In this position, you will work with modern technologies in the areas of cloud computing, virtualization, and network technology and ensure the smooth operation of all ICT systems. Take the opportunity to contribute and further develop your know-how as an IT System Engineer in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Operation, maintenance, and further development of the ICT infrastructure
• Administration of server, network, and cloud environments
• Analysis and resolution of faults (2nd/3rd Level Support)
• Implementation of ICT projects (migrations, rollouts, optimizations)
• Ensuring system availability, performance, and security
• Documentation of systems and processes
• Collaboration with internal departments and external partners

Requirements

• Completed training in the IT/ICT field (e.g., Informatiker EFZ)
• Experience as a System Engineer or System Administrator
• Good knowledge in: Microsoft Windows Server / Client
• Good knowledge in: Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Good knowledge in: Network technologies (LAN/WAN, Firewall)
• Experience with cloud solutions (e.g., Microsoft 365 / Azure) is an advantage
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Team player with a high degree of personal responsibility
• Very good German language skills
