Tasks

• Plan, implement, and further develop modern workplace solutions with Microsoft Intune Microsoft 365
• Commission and migrate Windows Server infrastructures and Microsoft 365 services
• Provide technical consulting and support to our customers – including pre-sales support
• Take over 3rd Level Support for complex troubleshooting analyses
• Opportunity to help shape adjacent IT areas such as Azure, Citrix, Security, or Automation

Requirements

• Completed training as an IT specialist system technology or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience as a System Engineer in the Modern Workplace and M365 environment
• Enjoy teamwork and the further development of modern technologies
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
• High customer orientation, strong communication skills, and solution-oriented thinking
• Very good German language skills
• Driver's license category B
