Systems Analyst (Dynamics GP)

Job Summary

Insight Global is looking for two Systems Analysts to support our client on a digital transformation project going live in the midst of fiscal year 2027. The two resources will lead and support a range of day‑to‑day operational activities and projects through completion, including supporting core business systems by monitoring performance, recommending enhancements, and implementing process improvements. This role will also involve configuring, administering, and supporting ERP and retail software platforms, along with associated technologies, to ensure stable and efficient system operations throughout the transformation.

Required Skills & Experience

• Microsoft technologies, including SharePoint, Office 365, Dynamics 365, Dynamics GP, and Power BI Reporting.
• Microsoft Azure and its Power Platform.
• Microsoft SQL, SQL Server, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Business application systems, including Warehouse Management software, POS, Data warehousing, EDI.
• Experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training on, and implementing new applications and systems.
• Experience with database administration.
• Experience with retail environment technologies and standards, including PCI/DSS.
• Software development experience, preferably on the Microsoft .Net stack.
• Experience working with ERPs, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 (formerly Dynamics AX).

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting day-to-day activities in relation to Microsoft GP, Dynamics 365 & Power BI.
• Supporting and upgrading .Net and Azure Power Platform applications.
• Key contributor in solution design of Power Platform Application modernizations.
• Completing support tasks for POS activities for both ANBL & CNB.
• Translating business requirements to functional and technical specifications, documenting technical solutions to identified problems, and creating knowledge base articles.
