Your mission

  • Support the System Architecture in defining and refining system-level concepts and requirements
  • Involvement in testing scenarios creation for the requirements
  • Lead and contribute to requirements engineering activities, including specification and documentation
  • Write, review, and maintain high-quality requirements with a strong focus on QM aspects
  • Ensure consistency, traceability, and completeness of system and software requirements
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Implementation, Perception and Safety)
  • Participate in reviews, audits, and validation activities related to system requirements and QM processes
  • Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities in requirements and system architecture

Your profile

  • Mid-level or higher experience in System Engineering, System Architecture, Requirements Engineering or Testing
  • Proven experience in requirements definition, writing, and review, ideally in the automotive domain (ISO 26262 or IEC 61508)
  • Strong understanding of Quality Management (QM) processes and standards
  • Strong understanding of validation techniques and measures
  • Familiarity with Rust or willingness to work in a Rust-based development environment
  • Structured, detail-oriented working style with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required
  • Based in the Berlin Metropolitan area, or willing to relocate
  • Structured, careful, and reliable way of working
