About the role
As an Individual Contributor at Sciente Group, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing strategies to offer negotiation. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Managing the end-to-end tech talent acquisition process - Acting as a partner in hiring processes using industry knowledge, compensation guidelines, and more - Identifying potential candidates through various channels such as Job-Boards, social media, networking, etc. - Ensuring a win-win situation for Sciente, candidates, and the community - Achieving performance goals as mutually agreed with your manager and other key stakeholders
In order to excel in this role, you must meet the following qualifications and experience requirements: - A graduate degree in IT, Computer Science, a related field, or any business/HR/engineering discipline - 3-6 years of relevant work experience in executive search, IT talent acquisition, or tech recruitment - At least 3 years of experience working with APAC region clients (Singapore/ Malaysia/ Philippines) - Proficiency in engaging with potential talents and aligning their career aspirations with our clients' project offerings - Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to continuous learning to meet the demands of our organizational culture and markets we serve
