Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Lead to manage and drive end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in global hiring, client management, and team leadership, along with excellent communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. • Handle global recruitment requirements, with exposure to hiring across geographies (especially US/International markets). • Act as a primary point of contact for clients/stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and quality hiring. • Manage, mentor, and guide a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets. • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. • Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and recruitment metrics. • Maintain strong candidate pipelines using various sourcing channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.). • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. • Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications: • 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment. • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment. • Exposure to global hiring (US/International recruitment) is mandatory. • Experience in client handling and stakeholder management. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. • Proficiency in using recruitment platforms.
