TALENT ACQUISITION & RECRUITMENT EXECUTIVE - MEDIA & ENTERTAINMENT - (REMOTE)

Pay: R18,000 - R30,000 per month depending on experience

Sauce Recruitment is a boutique agency based in London, UK, formed in 2007. We recruit Finance, Business Support and Operations professionals for top-tier global Entertainment and Media companies - think Warner Brothers, Universal Pictures and a growing roster of independent TV, Film and Music businesses. We have an established remote team in Cape Town, SA, and we're actively building it out - this is a genuine opportunity to grow with us as the team expands.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is not a typical recruitment job. We have a modern, social-first approach - and we want someone who can help us show up powerfully online as well as source great candidates. You'll be researching and attracting top talent, running LinkedIn outreach, and helping create short-form content (Loom videos, LinkedIn posts and clips) that drives traffic to our brand. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING • Sourcing and screening candidates across Film, TV, Music and Media businesses • Managing candidate pipelines and client communication via our ATS (RecruiterFlow - experience a bonus) • Running LinkedIn outreach campaigns and growing our talent network • Creating LinkedIn posts, short Loom videos and video content to generate inbound traffic and brand awareness • Booking calls, managing diaries and supporting consultants with day-to-day resourcing • Keeping our database clean, current and well-organised

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • Previous recruitment or resourcing experience - this is essential • Confident using LinkedIn as a sourcing and engagement tool • Comfortable on camera - happy to record Loom videos and short LinkedIn clips • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail • An interest in the media, entertainment or creative industries • Proactive, self-motivated and thrives working independently • Experience with RecruiterFlow or similar ATS is a real bonus

TECH REQUIREMENTS • Reliable computer (with camera) - minimum Core i5, 8GB RAM • Stable internet - minimum 10mbps, ideally fibre • Quality headset with noise cancellation (ideal) • Comfortable using MS Office, Google Suite and video tools (Loom, Teams, Zoom)

WHAT YOU'LL EARN

Base salary: R18,000 - R30,000 per month depending on experience

Commission once established: R14,500 - R48,000+ per month on top of base

Year 1 OTE: R300,000 - R420,000+

Year 2 OTE: R360,000 - R600,000+

HOURS

This is a full-time role aligned to UK business hours. We're open to discussing weekend availability for candidates who prefer a flexible weekly structure.
